The Business Social is for everyone! Created for people who believe in the value of showing up. We bring together individuals who want to learn something new, meet interesting people, and become more connected to their community. It's all covered in the name.

As a business owner, I've spent years sitting across the table from people with great ideas who simply didn't know what they didn't know. The truth is, not everyone has access to mentors, professional development opportunities, or a network of people willing to share what they've learned. The Business Social exists to help close that gap. Through workshops, leadership programs, and practical business education, my goal is to bring valuable knowledge to Main Street and create opportunities for people to grow without having to leave town to find it.

Somewhere along the way, we got busy. The Social side was created to give people a reason to gather again. Not because they have to, but because they actually want to.
Whether you're looking to meet someone new, craving good conversation, or simply need a reason to wear the new outfit hanging in your closet, these events are designed to bring people together. Consider this our reminder that just because we live in a small town doesn't mean we can't have big ideas.
This isn’t your typical leadership training with big theories and corporate buzzwords. The Leaders Table is real, practical, and personal. It’s about helping you figure out who you are as a leader — not just what you do in your job.
Each week includes teaching moments, group activities, hands-on learning, and real conversations that push you to think, reflect, and grow. We focus on how you show up in the rooms you walk into, the confidence of having a seat at any table, and the importance of enriching others.
Six weeks. Twenty hours. $750. Because we all deserve to take an honest look at how we lead.

Held during Elgin's Sip, Shop & Stroll, The Social Hour is exactly what it sounds like—an opportunity to gather, meet new people, and enjoy an evening in downtown Elgin, Texas. No agenda. No presentation. Just good conversation and a chance to Get Social. on Main.
