Located in the heart of Downtown Elgin, the space offers a beautiful backdrop for celebrations, meetings, workshops, and everything in between—without the need for extensive decorating.

 Whether you're hosting a training, giving a presentation, or raising a glass for a special toast, the space comes equipped with a microphone, speakers, and a 75" screen. Tables and chairs are included, making setup simple and allowing you to focus on your event.

 Bring in your favorite food, desserts, and beverages to make the event your own. The space includes a dedicated bar and serving area, perfect for catering, food displays, coffee stations, or BYOB gatherings featuring beer and wine only.

 From the stocked restroom to the thoughtful details throughout the space, every effort has been made to create a comfortable experience for your guests. Complimentary essentials, first aid supplies, and those little items people always seem to forget help ensure everyone feels taken care of. 

The Pricing

Simple rental rate regardless of attendance.

From small gatherings to full-capacity celebrations, rental rates remain the same. The space comfortably accommodates up to 70 guests.

Fully Refundable Deposit

$300

A fully refundable deposit is based on a FULLY cleaned space.  Details in the contract.

Venue Rental Pricing

$100 Per Hour

Your rental time begins when you arrive to set up and ends when the last guest leaves. 

Non-Profit Organizations

$75 Per Hour

 We are proud to support local non-profits through discounted rental rates. Discounts apply to official non-profit events and may not be used for personal celebrations or private gatherings. 

Small-town rule: Everyone knows everyone. Business rule: Everyone pays the same.

Some Gatherings Don't Need a Crowd

Beyond Traditional Events

 Not every gathering needs 70 guests. The Business Social was designed to be just as meaningful for two people as it is for a full room. Sometimes the best memories are made in the smallest gatherings. Split the cost with your friends and the possibilities are endless.
